These folks can't even get their billing straight. 1st they sent a bill saying that the insurance company denied the claim (they never sent the claim in the 1st place). Once I gave them the correct info, they submitted claim and was paid. Then, they tried to submit another claim to an old insurance provider, though they already had been paid.
