If you can find another pain clinic skip this place. Slow, slow to respond, slow to seemingly care about the pain I'm in and the speed of having anything even remotely done. I spent over an hour filling out the paperwork. I sure would have appreciated having some notes reviewed before the doctor walked into the room, and the knowledge that I'd need to do a urine test and wait two weeks before we could even try a strong pain medication. I would happily have gone in to get the test done during the weeks that I was waiting ... read more
Stephen Wheeler is awesome at his job in every way. I ended up at this pain group because I followed Stephen Wheeler when to was hired there. BUT the clinic itself has been HORRIBLE to deal with. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER, THEY DONT RETURN EVEN URGENT CALLS AND I DONT THINK THE STAFF CARES AT ALL. I followed Stephen Wheeler is a great care provider and they are blessed to have him. Dr kim is the worst Dr I have ever met. His racists comments. His horrible bedside manner and his lack of knowledge was very disappointing will Never take my dad back to endure the pain he created and the ignorance he has toward polish people. .the music up front was loud and it wasn't very professional.
dr vu, what a work of art , prejudge patients always wanted to change your script to lower it , couldn't never speak to her when you had a problem ,would never look you in the eye when talkin toya always lookin at her computer, never on time i've waited as much as 1 hr in the little room, she kicked me out then left what a chicken shit, was lied to by her numerous & pissed test you every appointment,, clinic ownes it's own lab to piss test , in my opion DR Hillyar was the best, never got a chance to meet anyothers , sure th... read more
