I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you.
