Staff is completely rude and disrespectful. I was getting cut off, and they have horrible attitudes.
Very long review but i feel its necessary to explain what i experienced at this office. To start, i do believe Dr. Reid to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and dont doubt he's helped others with their pain. But i do not feel like i was informed as best as i had expected to be in terms of my current symptoms. I was very hopeful going into my appointment with Dr. Reid and finally getting an understanding of my years long battle with back pain. I receive patient information via email from this practice. I am in australia and cannot call them. I have tried to let them know. I keep getting Hal's info because they won't remove my email address from his account. Dr Bruce Reid was a very attentive specialist, very informative, very understanding of my needs. He suited me with a knee Quadrant brace and it is helping with my stability more. He also uses and supplies his patients with through #Oxygen #CBD opportunity for pain relief .
