I accompanied my elderly father to his visit. Shannon at the front desk was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful both during the visit and during several phone calls I made in advance of the visit. I appreciated her guidance and assistance with all the questions I had. The provider who saw my Dad (I don't recall her name) was informative, thorough, and spent as much time as we needed answering our questions. I appreciate this office and the staff and the knowledge they sincerely care about their patients.
They are incompetent on every level. Numbers dropped, now at University of Maryland for transplant list .BEWARE Claims to be affiliated with hospitals in the area, NO, which ones??? Always told all looks GOOD, not quite!
Great doctor and he listen
I brought my mother to see Carrie Sterling today. She was excellent, answered all of our questions and explained Mom’s last labs to us thoroughly. She set up our new lab work for us and we had it done as soon as we left. We went right to Dr. Nateson’s office and it was completely so your office should have the results soon. Thanks for being a wonderful office filled with kind people. The receptionists were extremely caring and made it easy to check in and check out. We missed seeing Dr. Arif but we felt at ease with Carrie.
Dr Kazi Khan, MD has great bedside mannerisms and this office has terrific client to patient services. If I have to continue to see a kidney doctor this is where I would like to go 👍
