I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

It wasn't easy to find parking at their office at all. I ended up driving around looking for a spot for a long time. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients.
