Doctors always get the praise. Just wanted to give the MOA’s a huge shoutout. Excellent service. They do the little things to make people feel human. I went with my son today as usual they are friendly and warm. I was talking to a lady in line who said last winter they opened the doors early due to the Esther being so rough…. I called to request a walk in appt, and they asked me if I was from BC or a current client. I explained I was a tourist visiting from OUTSIDE Canada, that I was from the USA. They assured me it was no problem, that they could still see me as an international patient. When I arrived for my designated appt time, the receptionist was patronizing and rude and rushed me off, saying they didn't know I was not from Canada and that they didn't have doctors licensed to see international clients. been coming here for the past 5 years, never once have they been on time with appointments, leaving me to wait at least 2 hours after my appointment is supposed to be. What’s the point of appointments if you can’t even accommodate to them.
Staff are so pleasant
I have had to use this clinic a few times. And have always had a great experience. Friendly staff and thorough doctors.
