He was flexible with my communication needs (phone calls, emails, or texts) when I was working a crazy work schedule and made sure to keep in touch with me to learn what I needed and to schedule my home inspection, on short notice! He was able to do the inspection within two-three days of me first contacting him. Price was reasonable for home inspections and he did a thorough job.
