Woke up to find our ducted heater wasn't working with an error code on the Netcontroller. Turning the heater off and on again didn't resolve the issue so I reached out for recommendations on Facebook. Someone recommended CoreTemp - they'd had a fault with their heater and CoreTemp fixed it straight away. We recently had a new split system installed in our house. Peninsula Heating and Cooling Solutions were fantastic from start to finish. Ryley was very polite, professional and worked well. He made sure I was kept in the loop. He was very good at explaining what he had done and asked if I needed any help with how to use the system. A very clean and efficient team. Contacted Peninsula Heating and Cooling (PHCS) to strip and wash our reverse cycle after speaking to one of their team (Riley) on a job round the corner from our home. A few days after submitting an online request I was contacted by PHCS to book a date and time for the strip and wash.
