We recently had a new split system installed in our house. Peninsula Heating and Cooling Solutions were fantastic from start to finish. Ryley was very polite, professional and worked well. He made sure I was kept in the loop. He was very good at explaining what he had done and asked if I needed any help with how to use the system. A very clean and efficient team. I would highly recommend this company.

Woke up to find our ducted heater wasn't working with an error code on the Netcontroller. Turning the heater off and on again didn't resolve the issue so I reached out for recommendations on Facebook. Someone recommended CoreTemp - they'd had a fault with their heater and CoreTemp fixed it straight away. Rang CoreTemp and Alice was extremely helpful, said she had a Technician nearby and would see if he could swing by. We replaced our gas heater with a split system and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, on time, and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had a couple of questions after the installation and really appreciated the prompt and friendly response, including the team coming back twice without hesitation to make sure it’s all done properly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
