I had the misfortune of leaving my hearing aid tubes and cones behind at my sisters over 4 hours away and was in an absolute predicament. Having recently moved to the area, I was not sure if any local audiologists would be able to help and was time poor to possibly go despite the hearing aids working perfectly but just needed the new tubes and cones to plug in and to keep me going till i could arrange to get my others back. I went in for a hearing test, specific for my needs for a report, it was only a hearing test, what I came out with was 2 hearing aids I did not want. I said no initially but was coerced into trying out a pair that would supposedly help my tinnitus. I was extremely apprehensive as I hate the sound of any hearing aid. In the end I caved in, then went ahead asking for prices, I was for some reason tested with their mid ranged hearing aid, which with government subsidy would cost me an additional $700. I have had my hearing tested and checked regularly by Fiona and Taylah and they always provide fantastic and professional service only giving me the best advice and best products to suit my hearing loss. Would recommend everyone go down and see the lovely team!
