Had experience with the service department and they were so great my wife decided to get herself another Ford from there! Really nice, down to earth place and the staff are just the nicest you could meet. Things are done on time and communicated very well
Spoke to Leah in sales about a Maverick Lobo. Leah is awesome! She laughed at all my terrible jokes. But seriously, she was extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to. She answered all my questions and represented the dealership well. Leah broke down any additional fees and they were much more reasonable compared to some other dealer admin/doc fees. I had my new van into ford for some warranty work and when I got it back, the backup camera/ rear light was broken. I reported it right away, but the service department denied any responsibility. This was not dropped off in this condition as you can't use the back doors without noticing the damage and the work performed required them to use these doors.
