Recently went to this dealership to look at a truck we were interested in and eventually bought. We searched on line within a 300 klm. distance and no other dealership had this truck. The sales representative Mark was very courteous and didn't try to push any extras on us. We appreciated that. Between Mark and Kara in financing the whole process was extremely seamless. We had a problem with our camper-van during our vacation, and we stopped by on a Monday morning, with no appointment, certain they wouldn’t be able to take us. They moved their schedule around to accomodate us and at least to make a diagnosis and determine if our vehicle was safe. They found out the tie rods had to be changed, but still safe so we could continue our trip, as they could not get the parts before 3-4 days. Great service and they gave us the right picture of the situation, very professional. Thanks so much!
Amazing service this morning at this Port Elgin Ford dealer. The AC failed suddenly on Sunday of the long weekend while we were away camping at MacGregor Provincial Park. First thing Tuesday I drove straight there with no appointment. Wasn’t expecting that they could fit me in on short notice but worth a try.
