The mortgage loan process was so uninvolved and a waste of my time. You can say I'm upset because I was turned down except that from the beginning I asked to be guided on how to succeed and the point of contact wasn't answering all of my questions and we didn't finish the application before I got a text saying the reason why I wasn't approved was because of information that wasn't accurate.
