If you’re looking for quality this place isn’t it. Low budget care all round.
The doctor yelled at me and said, why do you have these problems. Twice I booked Dr Vickers only to be cancelled on the dayeaving me without medication. Staff abused me for wanting strong medication panadein Forte. I've got cervical spine disk disease that nobody knew the pain I'm suffering. Staff are arrogant and show no empathy towards people in pain, they just say, stop being aggressive. Dr Milky from this clinic I found was jailed for 11 years...
I’ve attended this clinic on different occasions and while the doctors have always been professional, the nurse is consistently unwelcoming, dismissive, and openly judgmental in her manner. Her attitude towards patients is flat-out rude and hostile which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. She seems bothered to do her job as the practice nurse and presents as inexperienced. The receptionist should not be in a customer service role. She is rude, dismissive and condescending and my family has experienced this on numerous occasions. There is nowhere on their website to make a complaint otherwise I would have. The doctor is lovely. We will not go back.
Been coming here for years. Doctors, nurses, reception entire team have always been lovely over 10 years. Grateful for them on the Bellarine.
