The receptionist should not be in a customer service role. She is rude, dismissive and condescending and my family has experienced this on numerous occasions. There is nowhere on their website to make a complaint otherwise I would have. The doctor is lovely. We will not go back.
Been coming here for years. Doctors, nurses, reception entire team have always been lovely over 10 years. Grateful for them on the Bellarine.

Dr Reem is lovely , Reception is rude , empathy ( ZERO) Will not return to this doctors surgery if you can,t be polite to the patients....
This clinic is currently closed despite saying they are open 10-2 on Sundays and 10-2 on public holidays.
