If you’re looking for quality medical care, this isn’t the place for you! Low budget care all round especially from the female GP, who lacks empathy and knowledge. The nurse and receptionist need training on basic communication. Not a nice welcoming clinic.
If you’re looking for quality this place isn’t it. Low budget care all round - this includes Sonja the nurse who fills in on reception. She is the rudest and most unprofessional staff member I have come across in healthcare. She should be nowhere near the phones or patients. Her attitude is beyond disgusting the way she talks down to people and behaves is something that requires action.
Bahaha wow no wonder its got "lustre" reviews!! Correct...the receptionists are 🤮. Use my name thanks & stop treating me like your in control of my life & im ignorant.. Yr just booking appointments 🙄 Looking forward to it being my new clinic...yaeeeeee 😒

The doctor yelled at me and said, why do you have these problems. Twice I booked Dr Vickers only to be cancelled on the dayeaving me without medication. Staff abused me for wanting strong medication panadein Forte. I've got cervical spine disk disease that nobody knew the pain I'm suffering. Staff are arrogant and show no empathy towards people in pain, they just say, stop being aggressive. Dr Milky from this clinic I found was jailed for 11 years...
