If you’re looking for quality this place isn’t it. Low budget care all round - this includes Sonja the nurse who fills in on reception. She is the rudest and most unprofessional staff member I have come across in healthcare. She should be nowhere near the phones or patients. Her attitude is beyond disgusting the way she talks down to people and behaves is something that requires action.

The doctor yelled at me and said, why do you have these problems. Twice I booked Dr Vickers only to be cancelled on the dayeaving me without medication. Staff abused me for wanting strong medication panadein Forte. I've got cervical spine disk disease that nobody knew the pain I'm suffering. Staff are arrogant and show no empathy towards people in pain, they just say, stop being aggressive. Dr Milky from this clinic I found was jailed for 11 years...
I’ve attended this clinic on different occasions and while the doctors have always been professional, the nurse is consistently unwelcoming, dismissive, and openly judgmental in her manner. Her attitude towards patients is flat-out rude and hostile which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. She seems bothered to do her job as the practice nurse and presents as inexperienced.
