My wife went here months ago and unfortunately found the staff to be very disorganized. Her contact order was done incorrectly multiple times, it was delivered to the wrong store location (and getting that rectified took way more time and more phone calls than it should have), and months later she is STILL getting calls that "your order has arrived" even though we stopped doing business with them after the above fiasco. My husband and I have gone to this office for several years. Have found everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Jessica who runs the optical department. She is the best. Very friendly, professional and thorough.
