I had an amazing experience at Peninsula dermatology thanks to Lisa the nurse practitioner and Judith her medical assistant who helped me during my biopsies. I was extremely nervous about the lidocaine injections, but they made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. What stood out the most was Judith’s calming presence and the special distraction technique she used—lightly tapping on my knee and a light massage on my arm while Lisa injected the anesthetic.
