Booked appt in silverdale and there is quite a waitlist for my non emergent appt but saw Rachel yesterday and it was pretty quick process with one freezing of spot on scalp and that was it and scheduled for my one year appt.
I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to wait for months to be seen. I was in there in a few weeks instead I love Rachel Sammis. She is kind and caring and does not make me feel rushed.
Experience walking in the door to walking out was outstanding. Front desk was so friendly and professional. Whitney was awesome. Meeting Rachel for the was a great experience. She was very detailed, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this office.
The office is very positive and happy. From the time I check in and see my awesome Doctor I am smiling and happy. The staff is just as awesome. I look forward to my visits. I love seeing all there smiling happy faces.
