I have always been treated with respect, friendliness and competence. They listen well to my concerns.
As always, I really appreciate being seen by Physician's Assistant Bill Bies. Bill's very thorough in his yearly exam, provides a clear explanation of his findings and his recommendations and is most cordial. He always makes me feel like he's glad to see me! Unfortunately, Bill informed me that he's retiring in June (great for Bill; not so great for me!). Hope he's been training his replacement to be as patient-friendly and professional as he's been.
