You moved your clinic. Noone was downstairs in building. Got there, was waiting. Late now. Had to reschedule! Not happy!
It's a very nice clinic environment, with very nice employees. It's also very clinic, and they care.
My family and I have been going to PCH for over 2 years and they have been amazing! We see Kate Briggs, ND and she's the best. She always listens to our concerns, asks follow up questions, & does her best to find a resolution before referring us out. Also, the front desk staff are so kind. I have never encountered a rude employee at their Silverdale/Poulsbo locations. I also love how accessible they are. It's easy to call or stop in and ask questions or get copies of paperwork I need.
