Peninsula Commons is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I lived there for about 5 years. The Tenant manager and staff are top notch. They always communicate early and often whenever there is news or work around the community. Anytime (which was rare) an appliance needed maintenance the work was done almost immediately and with great care. Estuve aquí por dos años y medio muy agusto los departamentos están super bonitos y equipados muy bien cuidados, Héctor super amable y atento, igual que la gente de Mantenimiento que pronto te ayudan en algún problema con tú departamento pero por cuestiones de trabajo me tuve que mudar de ciudad, si volvería a Brownsville buscaría otra vez vivir aquí, super recomendables. 10/10

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt experience and gratitude to Hector, property manager at Pennisula Commons. From the start he had me with his genuineness and compassion for his work. I’ve never had such a flawless move in and move out. He and his maintenance team has always been helpful and attentive the property is maintained beautifully.
