The doctor and nurses were great. Upon checkout, I inquired about my bill from one of the front desk lady. She gave me a price higher than what was quoted on the phone from a separate lady. I asked about details and she started giving me serious attitude and said the price was actually even higher. The lady that gave me the original quoted price finally came over and apologized for giving me a wrong quote. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my wisdom tooth extracted here and the whole experience went really smoothly. The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel at ease throughout. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, and the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing dental work done!
I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction, and i'm so glad I went! The consultation was brief but provided me with all the info I needed with very clear instructions. They also don't upsell you unless it is really needed. They were able to schedule me right away since they have several doctors and do surgeries throughout the day. I saw Dr. Coffey for a sinus lift, bone graft and dental implant. She is not only very knowledgeable and skilled in her field, she explained things in an understandable way. She was transparent on the plan, and was considerate in terms of my dental coverage/cost. She said we would do the imaging the day of the surgery as this would be covered under my insurance. My surgery and recovery went very smoothly. I would gladly come back to her if I needed additional dental surgery.
We were referred here to get my daughter’s wisdom teeth extracted. Everything was top notch from beginning to end. The staff was very nice, the procedure was great with no complications and the follow up appointment good. The office is beautiful too! Highly recommend.
