I wanna send a shout out to this bike shop, Today my kid calls "Dad my bike is done I gotta get a new one" I said give me a bit and Ill see what I can do being as I live in Mt Shasta I called to se if i could buy a bike over the phone and they were very accommodating, after some email proof I was who I said , and my kid gets to pick it up on the weekend. Had a couple of flat tires while visiting from out of town, Had them replace 4 tubes, said tires were good, found brakes needed adjusting, did that for no charge! Doesn't get any better than that! Great honest shop, great prices and service!
I had the guys at PBW package and ship a vintage road race bike I sold. They made the process so easy and my buyer said the bike was extremely well packaged and arrived with zero damage even though the outside of the box was pretty beat up in shipping!
