So where do I even start….basically I was going thru a VERY hard time and no matter what I tried nothing was working. So I went to the hospital because I had a hole in my mouth from chewing my cheeks I have OCD and Tourette’s and yes I did want to die I was miserable. Worst experience here as a child wouldn’t recommend!
I am only giving one star because I had no choice. I would much rather give 0. My daughter was there about 3 weeks ago. After 2 days of calling to speak to her doctor with important information which was needed for proper treatment and her safety no return calls and no one could tell me who her doctor was. I made the 10 hour trip (I live out of state) to get there, I went in asking to speak with someone about her care and safety. Yeeeeah at the current time of me writting this it has 2.5 that’s tooo high ! Please don’t go here if you have literally any other option (which most people who come here don’t that’s how they get away with treating you like you as they do .
Like many others, if I could give less I would. My wife was in this facility due to some personal circumstances. She was made to strip in front of a MALE employee during her search. There was no 1 on 1 therapy but instead all group therapy. When talking to multiple people, doctors, therapists etc did not know what was going on. One would tell us one thing, another would tell us another. As a person with over 100 employees, the lack of communication is absolutely astounding. The lack of accountability is worse.
