Better selection than Rite-Aid for sure I used to shop at Ride-Aid downtown if I needed to but this is a much better choice. The products are plentiful and it's nice to not get the 'deer in the headlights' look you get from chain stores.
Good products at reasonable prices If you happen to be in downtown Palo ALto, this is so convenient. They have just about all the products yoursalon sells and cheaper. They also have a buying card program--if you forget your card, start another one--they will add them together. Parking is closeby.
. pricey, but has some really funny/offensive body washes and such, because of the packaging. They also have some good products and brands, but it's a pretty small store. They have proffesional grade products. Parking in downtown can be intimidating, however if the small lots blocks away are all full, it is easy to find parking in the City parking garage which has a few levels of free parking.
High class beauty supply store Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good if you want a nice selection of premium products. They sell everything from professional curling and flat irons to Opi nail polish.
