RecommendedI live in Williamsburg and have had horrible luck with repair shops. I contacted Peninsula Automotive and they fit me in for an appointment. They contacted me when work was almost complete. I also noticed from the parking lot that they were actually torquing my lug nuts to spec. Most places just run them in with an impact. The fact that they took the time to do that made me trust their work. Their customer service was great. I will make the drive from Williamsburg to bring my vehicles to them in the future. Went up there because I had an issue getting my oil canister lid off at another place and went up here, Zach at the counter got right up and went and got Travis who dropped everything came and took a look and changed out the filter for me in a flash. Their customer service skills are remarkable and have earned my future business. Grade A company

Zach is a real cool dude, great for answering any questions you have, if he can’t answer it he will get the answer, Travis is also great, doesn’t mind sitting down and just talking to you and answering any questions, he really wants to help you understand whatever it is that needs to be done, and will explain to the best of his ability, definitely hooked me up with my 6.0, seem to be great people with fair prices, they definitely don’t try to scam you out of your money, 100% earned a customer for life 🤘🏼
