I could not be more disappointed with Peninou in Menlo Park. They took my clothing and when I returned to pick up my mother if the bride dress, it had not been done at all! They said they tried to call my cell phone number three times. That was a lie--my phone shows absolutely no record of any attempted or missed calls from them. Also there were no voicemails.
