They micromanage everything you do they play favoritism very racist they're supervisors and superintendents are all on power trips to work there was stressful everyday there are only a few good foremans they treat their employees with no respect at all that is from the Foreman's and superintendents this is not a good place to work it is a very hostile environment and mentally stressful find a better place to work
