Words cannot express how thankful I am for the kind and compassionate support I have received from Penhold Medical Clinic. The receptionist provided guidance and understanding on a phone call at a time when I was frustrated with navigating the health care system. She booked me an intake apt and the doctors who I have seen to date have been excellent- attentive, supportive and kind. Advertised as a walk-in clinic but turned away my 9 month old. Phoned several times with no answer before going in, receptionist was ignorant and told us to go wait in emergency instead stating they are not a walk in clinic. Highly suggest removing the "walk in" advertisment on your social media.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience today! From reception to the doctors assistant to the doctor himself. It was a 5-star experience. I was so, so happy to actually be listened to, heard, and respected. Thank you so much for this refreshing visit!
