We have had the opportunity to use Penhall for concrete cutting and coring...but most recently for concrete scanning on a remodeling project. Penhall has been fantastic to work with. They will be a trusted partner for us on all future jobs.
As a project manager at my company, we utilize a directional bore drill on almost every job. In order to know where all the other existing utilities underground are located, you need a good company that uses expertise & special equipment to mark out those utilities before we start digging / drilling. I use Penhall Utility Locating services for all of my projects and they are always accurate, as well as provide great documentation of their findings. I highly recommend using them for any utility locating needs.
As a multi family general contractor I've used Penhall for years to scan and punch holes in concrete walls and slabs. They are by far the most organized and professional outfit I have used in my carer. They always communicate in advance of arriving and keep you looped in on their project progress throughout the day. Saying they are the best at concrete demolition really doesn't describe how surgically precise they are or how complex the work they do is. I'll never choose another concrete coring company.
As a General Contractor have been using Penhall Company for many years on projects around Austin. Top tier crew and always do a great job.
