This is the second time Ive tried Penguins and its the second time Ive been disappointed. $25 to wash a car and then I have to go home and redo my windows because of all the streaks. They are not using the right cleaners in the right places. Never going back.
My car was damaged by another car due to employees not paying attention. Carlos Salazar (owner) is never around to take care of this matter. I was supposed to meet with him today but what a surprise he's not in. I won't take my cars there ever again!
Been trying to give this place a chance for some time now and get disappointed every time. Slow, bad service, expensive !! Don't waste your time or your money !!!���
People of hollister be aware my husband went there today to wash car First person told him it would be 13.00 he gets in line ready to wash then they tell him it would be 31.00 I do hope other car wash Opens again real soon Because pinguin car wash is a ripoff �
The gentleman washing my windows just broke off the sensor on my window. The general manager is a jerk and refuses to even refund my money.
I'm sitting here frustrated, Been here well over an hour on a basic car wash, build up these employees mr penguin! They be some Rude little guys..there goes my tip back in my pocket.
