I lived at 2360 Washington Blvd. Conveniently these units had in unit washer and dryers and the property was pet friendly! As most older buildings in Los Angeles it had its issues. Some of the issues were plumbing, mostly because tenants were flushing things other than toilet paper. Management was typically on these issues as soon as they could be.
