I am confused about some of these reviews. Today is May 23, 2026. I have placed 8 orders since January 1st and all have arrived promptly. As for other customer service, i have been treated very fairly when products did not meet my expectations. Additionaly, the offered (essentially) a bulk price discount when i was putting together a seminar. Not really a discoubt, but the ability to place a large order if i wanted. These are good people.
I'll never order anything from hen again, 15 days or so for a small order when I paid for faster shipping
Though they have a great platform and selection of products, their customer service is horrific. You cannot get a reply out of them at all. You’re going to need to escalate it to the BBB or just take your losses.

Not sure what’s been happening as of recently but my order hasn’t processed at all. Usually these guys are good, even when there is a delay and I enquire I get a response within 24 hours. Been a week and no movement on my order or even a response.
