I am filing this complaint regarding ongoing unfair and unethical business practices by Penguin Magic Shop that have repeatedly harmed my business and misled consumers within a niche professional market. I am the original creator and trademark holder of the product name “Loops,” along with multiple signature magic effects that have been sold worldwide for many years. Not sure what’s been happening as of recently but my order hasn’t processed at all. Usually these guys are good, even when there is a delay and I enquire I get a response within 24 hours. Been a week and no movement on my order or even a response.
My order has been in processing for several days while many others have processed with no issue. This is very unprofessional and the customer service team is not helpful at all.
best magic shop experience ever and I have been buying at magic shops for more than 30 years, great prices, excellent tutorials and amazing service. Order here you wont regret it !
Penguin magic went out of their way to make things right with me when my order wasn't quite right. I couldn't be happier with them or their customer service. I'll keep going to them for all my magic.
