Not sure what is happening at Penguin but their customer service is TERRIBLE ! I was shipped a damaged item, after 5 emails to customer service, three chats with "support" .. I was finally "supposed" to receive a return label .. only to find that they didnt attach the actual label .. Still waiting !!! Really sad .. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Penguin but this is by far the worse experience that I have had ... and no one seems to concern with getting it addressed after over 3 weeks .. DISAPPOINTED
Horrible customer service; I ordered the wrong product and emailed support within one minute of placing my order and received an email a day later saying the item had already shipped but feel free to send it back when it arrives. This is why Amazon is putting small business out.
