Love my fireplace
I've been diligently contacting Penguin Fireplace since my May purchase to address manufacturing flaws in my electric fireplace, apparent upon installation and stone surround. Despite their assertions of ongoing resolution efforts, I solely initiate communication. Calls to retailers confirm that their units don't share similar lighting issues, emphasizing the critical need for functional lighting in a visual fireplace. I seek affirmation that ignoring me won't terminate my pursuit of resolution. - Christina Cusella
We had our old gas fireplace replaced by Penguin, and they did a fantastic job. They also demoed some old built in cupboards around the fireplace. The result was a clean modern and very well finished fireplace and minimalist look. They also installed the TV, soundbar and in-wall conduits to route the wires.Very highly recommend !
Don't be fooled by the small size of their San Jose location. It has quite a few selections and all the sales people are very helpful. They are friendly, professional and provide honest answers to all the questions. Special shout out to Eric and Sean.) Delivery was made on time and the after sales support has been very good as well. We are very happy with the product, the price and the support. would highly recommend them for your electric fireplace needs.
