We were referred to Penguin for the installation of our tankless water heater after 3 different plumbing companies ghosted us after promising to provide a quote. Randy and Eric from Penguin came to the rescue as they are now also licensed for plumbing services! Saw their ad in facebook and called for a soft qoute. Eric was very flexible with providing a soft quote then coming out to confirm. They were able to install the next business day and the installation went smoothly. Reasonable prices with good quality of service.
Eric with Penguin Air came out to look at damage critters had done to my air ducts in the attic. He found that they had only pulled off a connection, and that there was no real damage and the two ends just needed to be taped back together. I appreciated the straight-forward honest explanation and the easy fix! Eric was also very congenial and easy to talk with, making the repair easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Eric and Penguin for air duct issues!
Eric was very quick to come out to provide a quote and order a new furnace for us when ours kicked the bucket. Fair price and they ended up being able to install two days faster than expected. Johnathan and Adrew competed the install and were very professional and friendly. Overall great experience, will definitely be using them again
Our Salesman Eric came out and recommended the perfect system for us.
