Penguin Air provided multiple options fir Furnace replacement - all at very reasonable price points. Installation was seamless and the system is operating as expected. Thank you! Highly Recommended.
They came out asap, got my older heater running. It was a wind-chill day close to 10 degrees. Though my heater is old they didn’t try to sale me parts or anything; just fixed it & gave me a timeline for replacing it. Will continue to use Penguin, they’re great!
I ran into some issues with my AC on a Sunday and even though I told Eric (from Penguin) I can wait a few days, he came over that day (on Sunday) anyway to see what was going on. Excellent customer service! Eric was very courteous and honest and told me exactly what tests he was running and why. Unlike many other companies, he was upfront on what needed done and when and didn’t makes feel pressured. Will definitely be calling them again.
Great experiences working with Penguin and our amazingly knowledgeable tech (Jacob). He has consistently been creating minor miracles and identifying solutions / fixes that other companies have missed. Couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!
I purchased my HVAC in July and have received great care and customer service every time. Today Jacob came out to provide hvac maintenance. Jacob is a great technician always on time and polite.
