Short version: They lie about when they will be out. They lie about their charges and they don't get back to you...you have to call them. Detailed version: They advertise on their site that they work hard to earn your service. They say they can have someone out within 2 hours. They also say $20 off the service call if they are late. At 9am they told me someone would be out to my house at 12pm and they would call when on their way. So first off that is 3 hours from the time I called.
