This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, my ac was out of order for days, they never answer the phone calls and receptionist is very polite to take message, no one returns the call. I will never ever use them. My insurance company sent them, they collected the check and left without fixing the problem, God knows when that will be fixed.
I Want to Highly recommend this company`s service. I am not a person that writes reviews very often, but when you received such good service you have to tell everybody. I called Penguin Air, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and said they could be here within one hour. The technician that came out was very courteous and very professional.
