Worst experience ever. We bought a reach truck from this company and needed repair. A technician came out and assured us we needed a battery. They were unable to move the broken lift truck which interfered with our business at River Beverage. I contacted Eastern lift who were able to remove the lift and repair it. The lift needed a charging cord not a battery which Penngate assured us was the problem. On top of the horrible service they sent me a bill for 461.75.
