Office staff wss terrible. No accountability
We have been using Dr. Peng for my in-law's care for a number of years. I just made Dr. Peng my family doctor as well. He is extremely knowledgable and his scope is very wide. Great office staff, too! The ease of getting into an appointment with Dr. Peng is fantastic. He reminds me a lot of my old family physician, who retired twenty ago.
worst doctor ever
Dr. Peng saw my mother-in law who is 98 years old about 3 months ago. ONly saw her once. Since then she has had some issues. The visiting nurse , the PT person and myself have called numerous times and never has a phone call been returned. Have no idea why he or the nurse will not call back. Hopefully , I can get another doctor for her.
I have been a patient for over 10 years. I kept him because he was convenient. Boy was that a mistake. I started having alot of health problems recently and he just seemed to shut down on me. He used to be very kind. As of last week I am no longer a patient of his. He violated several patient/doctor rights as well as many HIPPA violations. He has since been reported by me.
Dr. Pen is absolutely wonderful. Our entire family sees him. He is thorough and accurate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Peng for over 5 years now and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a primary doctor...he is a good listener, and always answers any questions you may have at the time....His staff, Shannon and Beverly are always helpful...Very happy with all of them....
Awful. 5 day wait time fora long time patient who was taken to hospital by ambulance. 3 calls since patient was re-admitted to hospital with no response. Finally spoke with Beverly, who said she would give Dr. a message to call. No call. This doc does not care about his patients. Stay away.
