They took $90 in application fees from us and showed us four apartments. One they said was taken before they showed it to us and three were not available when we needed them even though the dates were communicated before the showings and payments.

She rents to these people so that she can get money from them, evict them, and then sue them for more money because her husband is a lawyer. Scammers beware of these scammers. Her husband is a lawyer and they lie to sue you and harrass you. Total trash. I painted their whole apt they wouldn't pay me so I made a big deal and they evicted us. Also suing for rest of rent when they owe me.
