If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Management is horrible and does not fix issues with the apartments in a timely manner. Took 2 years for them to fix ONE issue. When confronted about problems the management AND maintenance crew will get angry and start to ignore you. They refuse to admit and fix issues when they are CLEARLY apparent in their units. Rent is not worth the unit space. Also water, trash removal, and electricity are NOT included in the rent so not worth the money. Save yourself and rent somewh... read more

Feels Like Home I’ve lived at both Penbrooke and Penfield Village, and I genuinely have nothing but good things to say. These communities are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the way the staff treats you—with respect and care.
