Had an emergency maintenance issue and Rafael came and fixed all the issues plus other fixes with a smile! Thank you so much for all you do!
Horrible. The place is filthy and a health hazard. Literal MOLD everywhere. In bedrooms, in the basement, water damage everywhere. Their solution? Spray paint over it. Classic landlord move. Let the photos speak for themselves.
The issue we had was resolved within the same day we put in a maintenance request. This is not our first interaction with Rafael specifically, and as always he was outstanding in his customer service qualities and overall commitment to resolving the issue at hand.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Management is horrible and does not fix issues with the apartments in a timely manner. Took 2 years for them to fix ONE issue. When confronted about problems the management AND maintenance crew will get angry and start to ignore you. They refuse to admit and fix issues when they are CLEARLY apparent in their units. Rent is not worth the unit space. Also water, trash removal, and electricity are NOT included in the rent so not worth the money. Save yourself and rent somewh... read more
