We probably won't spend money on these programs again. Your swim instructors seem more interested in chatting with each other than they do teaching the kids. I watched my son sit on the side of the pool for ten minutes while instructors played games not appropriate for their level because the instructors decided to join two levels and play games that are geared toward the higher level.
