Been goin here six months for the same illness, they tested me for strep once and it was negative, borderline patient negligence going on here, pissed off because I have another appointment bright and early to get told to eat popsicles again and not a cure. Would not recommend this office your better off diagnosing yourself with google.

We have been taking our girls to Penfield pediatrics for the past 3.5 years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. They always try to keep you with your primary physician as much as possible! Dr. Dylag always goes above and beyond and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The same can be said for Dr. Morrison, whom we see frequently as well! The nurses always make the girls feel so comfortable, and are very patient and kind. We are so lucky to have found this practice!
We have been going here with our boys for 3 years and love it! All the secretaries, nurses and doctors are all so friendly, caring and professional. We have seen several doctors for different things and everyone has been great. Great atmosphere and comfortable for the little ones. And they are always so accommodating getting us in if we need something last minute. Highly recommend this office!!
Dr. O'Brien is the perfect pediatrician! He is incredibly kind, always listening patiently, and takes the time to truly connect with my kids. He makes every appointment comfortable with his warm and smiling personality. We are so sad to be moving to another state because my kids will miss him so much. It is truly hard to find a doctor this dedicated. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
