It's really hard to get ahold of anyone in this office. I have been on the recorded voice loop. I feel like someone is purposefully canceling my phone call.
Dr. Wells is the absolute best! He is patient and very gentle with my baby. I trust him completely.
We joined Penfield pediatrics when I was pregnant with our first, who is now 10. We saw the amazing Dr Kaplan, who is now retired, and love his replacement, Dr O’Brien. I haven’t met a nurse, Dr or staff member that I didn’t appreciate or love. Check in staff are always friendly and are always concerned with your privacy. I can always get a nurse to call me back if unavailable when I call and the portal is very helpful for times when I can’t call or need to refill meds. Front office Staff with curly hair and leather skin is RUDE and very disorganized. It's unfortunate because Dr. Wells is great.
Both of my children see Dr. Wells and he is fantastic. He is kind, compassionate and truly listens to parents. He is also extremely patient when answering questions. When you message him on the patient portal you always get a quick response. Also, both of my kids, who tend to be pretty shy, adore him. We have also seen all of the other providers for "day of" appointments and have had great experiences with them. The nurses are all kind as well and very helpful when you call the nurse help line.
