This has been the practice we take our kids to since 2002. The medical staff have all been great but over the last several years we have had multiple issues with the front desk. Read the reviews below: some of them are incredibly RUDE and condescending, particularly the older man that works there. Some things have been said within earshot of my older kids that will come back to bite these people. If you asked me 10 years ago, I would have absolutely recommended this office. Dr. O'Brien was amazing when our son was sick he called in daily to check on progress he answered all questions and was a steadying force in his convalescent.

I thought I loved this office, Dr. Socha is very sweet and accommodating and interacts well with kiddos, but I second (or quadruple?) the sentiments about the front desk staff…. Several are extremely rude and have absolutely zero empathy or compassion. They can be brash and downright rude. (Ironically, the manager is nearly the same… I suppose that makes sense….). Doctors and staff that only follows standard procedures without deep investigation. In case your kids have special/specific needs that require additional support, definitely they are not the option.

The doctors and nurses at the office are fantastic, however the front staff are rude and unwelcoming. It is to the point I not longer want to call and have decided to switch offices to a more friendly atmosphere when in the office or calling to ask a question.
