Went to them to have an exam. I was informed that I had an abscess and referred me to an endocrinologist. I was new to the area and needed this taken care of so I paid $2k out of my own pocket. I went back to Penfield Family Dentistry to complete the process and was informed that the crown would cost me an additional $2k. $4,000 for a single tooth I said! I've been going to Penfield Family Dentistry for my whole life and have consistently received exceptional service. The office staff, hygienists, and dentists are extremely welcoming and professional and clearly excel in their roles. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
I am a senior citizen who previously went to the same dentist for 50 years. After he retired I needed a new dentist and found Penfield Family Dentistry. I couldn't have found a better place! Dr. Nichols, Dr. Hill, Marissa, David, Jackie, Elliott, Libby and the entire staff have been friendly, professional, efficient and very understanding of my anxiety.
