If I could add more stars I would! I’ve been going to Dr. Hill for about 4 years now. I moved back home to Webster and I had to find a new dentist. I first went to a place in Webster and I was not pleased. When I had a cavity he was very harsh with the Novocain injection. When I went to Dr. Hill I told her about this. My 11 year old daughter was dangerously misdiagnosed by Dr Hill. She got a bacterial infection in her mouth after a routine cleaning at Penfield Family Dentistry. When we returned to the office, Dr Hill looked visibly shaken at my daughter's condition but insisted that she just had a virus and refused to prescribe antibiotics. This is not a safe office for your family. This office almost killed my 11 year old sister by giving her a serious mouth infection from a routine cleaning, that the younger female dentist repeatedly dismissed and treated my mother like an idiot for being concerned, until my sister's mouth infection was so serious she felt uncomfortable without a second opinion.
