Today is supposed to be a day of celebration—my birthday—yet here I am, stranded in Washington, DC, with no access to my own money because PenFed has locked my account without just cause. On August 16th, I deposited two settlement checks from my previous employer, MAS Medical Staffing. I was told that the funds would be available on August 20th. Poor flow of services. Too much conversations taking place. Focus on transactions and getting people in and out please. Cant wait until functional (deposit wise) ATM
No access to assistance especially after hours. The app failed to allow remote deposit and froze so that I couldn't use any other app on my phone - even to make a phone. Representative told me he couldn't help because he isn't familiar with Samsung???
Not sure what going on but nobody will answer the phone
