Horrible service Placed order and paid 2 months ago. Have been trying to reach anyone for 1 month for status. No email reply, no return call. Now they are no longer answering phones and have a phone service answering all calls. Don't fall for this scam!!

I fully recommend this company We recently re-supplied our office and I have to say that I am very happy about the metal pens we got from PenFactory. Pen Factory - Great company The soft grip pens from PenFactory have a nice presence with their silver and black accents. It is easy to hold and use. I also like that the pen is lightweight. I hardly notice I am holding it; the pen is that comfortable in my hand. The grip is extremely comfortable. It is soft and slightly textured for an easy hold. It is easy to write for long periods of time

I use them for my company Across the globe or next door you won’t find a better supplier for your needs. PenFactory has a large array of quality products. I use them for my company and my products for sale and would never think of changing to another supplier.

PenFactory -great company PenFactory has demonstrated that not only are they experts in the distribution of all kind of pens and pencils but they have an unfaltering passion to exceed their customer's expectations. We have been purchasing custom blue ink pens and office mate pencils for and the quality and professionalism of the guys at PenFactory is impressive.

Excellent company!! I have worked with literally hundreds of vendors in my career but there are few, if any, that have earned greater respect and trust than PenFactory. The products are excellent and the sales persons are wonderful to work with. I don’t think there is one thing bad I can say about PenFactory.

The products are great I have had 3 orders from Pen Factory so far and I would like to say how impressed I am by their super service. We first purchased the office metal pencils which are the top quality pencils and then we had two orders for soft grip pens and stick pens. The products are great and the service is excellent.
