I have been coming to see Ms. Flores for over 5 years. Her level of care is exemplary, taking the time to listen to your concerns and offering helpful advice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has an allergy/immunology concern.
I have struggled with my allergies since I've moved to Nova. For about 2 years I met several specialists and not a single one of them was able to help me with my conditions. Dr Flores was able to find the root cause, diagnose and help me within 30 minutes!
A few years ago I came to her desperate for help. She said “I can tell you’re a patient who needs more attention” and basically said there’s no way I have MCAS, made me feel stupid for being there, and dismissed most of what I was saying. I continued to suffer and be miserable for almost 3 years and finally saw another allergist and I do in fact have MCAS and am on treatment and doing so much better. It’s infuriating that I was treated with such disrespect and suffered unnecessarily because of her.
