Been going to Penelopes for 20 plus tears with 5 different doggies.
Review: I had an extremely negative experience at this establishment. I left my dog there, and after more than three hours, no service had been done at all. When I called to ask for an update, the woman who answered was incredibly rude, yelled over the phone, hung up on me, and said she would not be grooming my dog. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about good service and proper treatment of both pets and clients.
Hours are a little crazy, first come first served, dogs wait in order of delivery time, closed on Wednesday. The staff is always pleasant, comparable pricing, great care and professional outcomem
