Nice cozy and relaxing space. Had my brows done and a body treatment, both were enjoyable and relaxing. Located inside a beautiful hotel to boot too.

Shortly after returning from a work trip I came for the Les Rapides (The Express-50 minutes) with the Lyma Add On! My skin was prepared since I was able to pick up my Biologique Recherché travel sized products from Concierge Charles (love his cheeky bliss & detailed attention!) before leaving and restored after the month of travel, Aislinn left me hydrated, plumped, and radiantly glowing. Chateau de la Beaute has become my go to spa. Every few months when I visit SF I schedule an appt. Aislinn has magical fingers and my skin felt rejuvenated. She introduced me to Biologique Recherche and MBR and it has truly changed by skincare game! Kathy's mani and pedi's are relaxing and top notch. I love the private nail room and being pampered.

I scheduled a $600 service, the "Head-to-Toe Glow", more than a week in advance. Charles, the Spa Concierge, was very prompt in getting to me and confirming the appointment. Aislinn, the esthetician, on the other hand is remarkably unprofessional. We we informed that Aislinn was unable to keep the appointment time as scheduled. We worked with Charles to reschedule for the next day. On the way to the service, we learned once again that that Aislinn would not be able to keep the appointment. Best mani/pedi spot. I'm very particular about nail salons and had almost given up on finding a good one in the Bay Area. Great service, nice atmosphere, very clean. So glad I discovered this place. Five stars!
