Their shop is cute but they are not that knowledgeable in plants. I’ve had to exchange a plant and was given another one that cost me over $300 with the pot that ended up dying on me. I followed their instructions to a T and the rubber plant I got dropped leaves every other day still. Penelope Pots in Pedro West is such a beautiful store! Excellent plant selection, and pot selection. Whenever I go in I get greeted with a warm welcome and I always find what I am looking with the help of the wonderful staff. It’s in the perfect location and it makes me feel good to support small local businesses. I won’t be going anywhere else for my plants or my candles.
