What charming and well run apartments. Carol, the Penelope 38 manager, is very friendly. She has an office in the building. The residents are active in helping coordinate potlucks, card games, celebrations and putting together puzzles. There's on-site maintenance as well as an elevator. It is a secure building. You must ring to get inside the building. Yes, they accept one pet per apartment. There's a large outdoor area for gathering and gardening. I just can't say enough good things about Penelope 38.
