ZERO STARS. i had to give 1 star, Everyone who can, learn how to SAFELY have your own resources for energy OFFGRID. Mindnumbingly horrific trying to get through to the correct department for Penelec to fix its error before it shuts off my service. (And when trying to set up service two weeks ago. I would just like to thank the Penelec guys that changed the light on my pole in my yard today. I didn't realize that it took so much. You guys did a wonderful job. My dog would actually be friends with you. Love you all & stay safe out there.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is absolutely terrible. Twice I’ve set up electronic payments, and they never actually set it up on their end either time. I didn’t find out until I had to call for other issues. Then they turned my power off without any kind of notification. No phone call to two different phone numbers on the account. No email. No snail mail. So then they charge a lot of money to disconnect and also reconnect after their own errors that they refuse to take accountability for. I’m so very... read more
