I have been trying to cancel the subscription for months, but they keep sending the subscription. I'm beginning to think this is some kind of scam.

I got the first shipment in October. I did not like the product. It was left out there in 60° temperature for the entire day did not come and dry ice or anything like that I went ahead and called customer service. I also went on chat on the website as well as canceled the entire subscription on November 25 and November 28 I was charged $67 Times two charges. I called up the customer service. I was left on hold for over an hour. I was told that the shipment had left the warehouse and there was nothing they can do. I told him ... read more

DONT DO IT.... ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU... ADDITIONALLY, THEY CONTINUE TO SHIP OUT THE PRODUCT WHEN IT'S OVER 100 DEGREES IN YOU ZIP CODE EVEN THOUGH THE LABEL SAYS - BEST IF REFRIGERATED. I CANCELLED THIS AND FOR TWO MONTHS I HAVE CONTINUED TO RECEIVE THEIR PRODUCT.
